The staff were super friendly and professional. The hotel's style and decor were beautiful, giving a modern and luxurious feel to the stay. The kitchen facilities were well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals.

There were a few negatives. the lack of block out curtains in the living room meant that the early morning light flooded into the bedrooms, making it difficult to sleep in.

Communal spaces include a library and an indoor garden. Outdoor pool and BBQ area adds value. Free movies and no tray charge on room service are highlights. Staff, especially Olivia at the front desk, were helpful. Comfortable beds, functional kitchen, and impressive blackout blinds.

From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was impressed by the exclusive amenities provided here. the spa center was such a relaxing and luxurious experience, with a steam room, sauna and heated swimming pool all available to guests. the service was exceptional too, with staff going above and beyond to make sure my needs were fulfilled. the restaurant offered a delicious range of specialties, including special diet menus, and the private facilities in the room were a fantastic touch.

Although I had a wonderful time at this hotel, the only minor issue I experienced was the location. It was a bit far from the city center and other attractions, which made it a bit difficult to get around.

I had a fantastic stay at Shadow Play By Peppers. The location was perfect, being close to Crown and South Bank. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a washer dryer, Netflix, and free movies on Chrome Cast. The hotel was super clean and modern. The bed was comfortable, and the cooling system worked great. My kids loved the pool, even though it was a bit small. We also enjoyed a cocktail at the rooftop bar with amazing views of the city. The staff were friendly and focused on ensuring our needs were met. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good. I highly recommend this hotel.

As a larger group of friends, we loved the spacious and modern rooms, as well as the excellent service provided by the staff. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the South Melbourne Market and Southbank, as well as a convenient tram stop right outside. The facilities were great and the prices were really reasonable. a fantastic base for our weekend getaway.

We felt well taken care of, with no reason to complain.
